Graham Potter Destroys a Privet – Video

Out here on the east coast the weather has been causing chaos so far this year. On the coast spring comes later than just a few miles inland and we are also very exposed to biting northeasterly winds. So after a very mild winter we have had weeks with no rain, my grass was all brown and crispy in April. We have had 30 degrees with twice that in my poly tunnel and now we are back into single figure temp’s. My poor trees just don’t know …… to quote a phrase as explained by Google whether to shit or go blind” is a colourful colloquialism used to describe utter confusion, bewilderment, or being faced with a difficult dilemma. The jarringly nonsensical, exaggerated choices highlight that there is no obvious or good course of action in the moment.

That’s put a crimp in my plans to produce a bunch of new video’s for ya’ll. This particular story started back in March. This tree took a lot longer than i hoped to actually get itself fired up. Eventually, after a long pause the life returned and it’s going off like a little firework now.

It’s my plan, God willing, to come back to this tree from time to time and show it’s development. If i’m as blessed as it would appear we might still be messing with this one in 10 years time. The longest journey and all that.

Enjoy!
