Now that the holidays are behind us and the new year is under way we would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of our customers and friends for their support through 2011.
In spite of all the doom and gloom spread by the world’s media we have had a bumper year. We have been able to considerably expand our company thanks to your continued support. This has lead to several changes behind the scenes. Firstly we have welcomed Rammon Hammers as a permanent member of staff. Secondly we have built a lovely new storage facility that should improve the turn around time for your orders. We have also installed a new telephone system that will help us to field your calls more efficiently. Not least of all we have increased our product range and inventory considerably. This means more choice for you and faster delivery for your order. Kaizen bonsai carry more than twice the product range and inventory of any other U.K bonsai supplier so you can order with confidence.
All of this is down to the continued support of our customers and friends around the world. Without you all we wouldn’t be here and we would like to sincerely thank you for your support and wish you all a happy and prosperous 2012.
